The Inter-ethnic Network for Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, INCRA, a leading media group in Rivers State, with all sense of patriotism, congratulates Mr. Boss Gida Mustapha on his well-deserved appointment as Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF.
Mr. Mustapha, an accomplished lawyer, a respectable Management Consultant, a successful businessman and a politician of worth, was until his appointment the Managing Director of the National Inland Waterways Authority, NIWA, a parastatal under the Ministry of Transportation.
We also heartily commend the Ministry of Transportation under the supervision of the Honourable Minister of Transportation, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, CON, for producing a most competent and experienced personality deemed fit to man the exalted office of the SGF.
