The Asalga APC New Media Team vehemently condemn the unwarranted suspension of the member representing Ikwerre constituency in the Rivers State House of Assembly, Hon. Azubuike Chikere Wanjoku.
In a supposed sane society, like it ought be ours, the decency of fair hearing is paramount. But the Wike led wickedness had refused to show such decency, but decided to embrace such magnitude of impunity that has driven It to such madness of acting before it thinks.
This suspension is one madness taken too far. It's obnoxious, and should not be entertained any further. Wike should know that, there is a crystal clear difference between governance and campaignship. Whereas governance is fatherhood, Campaignship is Selfishness. The administration of the day Ought to know this difference and align itself to the stance of true governance, rather than acting in the before. Unless perhaps it has chosen the part of unworthiness, and therefore has nothing to do with governance.
If the above is any truth to go with, then It is pertinent to note that, it's high time the Wike led administration resign from it's hazardous leadership. For it is obvious that, If we tarry on such characters as It is with this administration, Rivers State may soon be a situation of total anarchy.
In the light of this, we call on the Rivers State House of Assembly to recall him ASAP, and retract from further being used as a tool of colossal disaster against the collective interest of Rivers people. The Rivers State House of Assembly, is not and should not be a rubber stamp Assembly. It is an Assembly of a represention of the people, and not an Assembly of PDP and Wike.
And if in 7 days, this suspension isn't reversed, the good and democratically oriented people of Asalga, will have no other choice but to see this act as "confident impunity" and will be panacead with a massive protest.
