Information available to us suggests that Dr. Ipalibo Harry was yesterday petitioned by the Door to Door campaign and "APC We Stand Groups". In a letter issued by the ward 14 Degema APC chairman, several breaches of the party's constitution were sited.
The petition levelled against him include engaging in anti-party activities, destruction of party's bill boards, Holding parallel executive counsel meetings at his residence and intentionally defaming the party's leadership to cause internal crises.
It was also learnt that on countless occasions, efforts have been made to advice him on his alleged unruly behaviour but all that proved abortive, hence the call on the ward leadership to swift action so as to dissuade others with similar untoward tendencies.
To this end a five-man disciplinary committee has been set up for fair hearing as stipulated in the party's constitution. Dr. Harry is expected to appear before the committee whenever he is called upon. We promise to bring more information as it unfolds.
