In a report dated 2nd of February 2018, the Vice Chairman of the famous Dumo Lulu-Briggs Youth Foundation, Tamunotonye Felix O., notified the public of the recent lofty gesture of DLB through his foundation popularly known as DYF23. In the Report, the vice chairman stated that the foundation embarked on the annual humanitarian service of distributing University and Tertiary Institutions Matriculation Examination forms, also known as JAMB forms to young people across the 23 Local Government Areas of Rivers State, on the 1st of January.
Mr. Tonye explained that this year's JAMB forms distribution topped that of the previous year with a 100 percent increase. Each of the 23 Local Government Areas of the State got at least 20 beneficiaries. According to the report, the foundation picked some clusters like market traders, secondary schools and students unions in each Local Government Area, and allotted slots to them to nominate beneficiaries.
Reactions trailing the report have been very positive and proves how gratified Nigerians are by the humanitarian services of Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs.

The foundation promises to embark on more goodwill actions and help to ameliorate the condition of Rivers people, and other Nigerians in Rivers State, especially the Youths.
In reaffirming the foundation's commitment to humanitarian services with main focus on the youths, the vice chairman avowed thus: "the Foundation is more than ever before set to deliver on it's core mandate which is to reposition the youths for a better tomorrow, by creating opportunities for all.
