The MD/CEO of VICBRIGGS NIG. LTD, Hon. (Dr.) Victor Tulutu Briggs was on ground to be conferred the award of "OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE IN PIPELINE MAINTENANCE AND CONSTRUCTION".
