Rivers APC Today May 12th conducted Local Government Congress across all 23 LGAs in the State.
The exercise was free, fair and void of violence. Our reporters gathered that all the elections turned into carnival as "majority carried the vote". We can also confirm there was neither fight or struggle of any form.
