Members of the State Working Committee (SWC) of Rivers APC and Chairmen across all 23 Local Government Areas of the state were Yesterday June 7, inaugurated.
The event which held at the Party Secretariat, Forces Avenue Port Harcourt, had in attendance Leader's and Party faithfuls across all 23 LGAs in the State.
Members of the the State Working Committee (SWC) and the LGA chairmen took their oath of office accordingly.
The Chairman of Rivers APC Hon Ojukaye Flag-Amachree while speaking said " after I was inaugurated on the 4th in Abuja, I was given clear instructions : go and start work immediately. The party is our party and we are inviting all our brothers and sisters to join us to build the Party ". He also thanked all party faithfuls for the opportunity to serve.
Speaking on behalf of the State Working Committee members Senibo Chris Finebone who is the State Publicity Secretary, thanked the chairman and Party faithfuls for the opportunity to serve the party, and said all hands need to be on deck to push Wike out of the brick house.
Khana LGA Party Chairman Chief Kenneth Nwibari who spoke on behalf of the elected LGA chairmen said they were very ready to work in their various areas to ensure the party wins in 2019, he also thanked the leadership of the party for giving them the mantle.
Last words/ Closing prayer was given by Madam Caroline Nagbor, she started by thanking the Honorable Minister Of Transportation Rt Hon Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi for being one of a kind leader. While praying she thanked God specially for his Grace, and asked for wisdom to deliver in their various assignments.
