The Youth leader of Abua/Odual Local Government Area Comrade Living Olavokere Jamala has felicitated with the State Chairman of Rivers APC Hon Ojukaye Flag-Amachree, in a letter he released today he said :

Chairman sir, your superlative qualities when you were a council boss can no way be erased. Thus, anchoring our faith in God Almighty, we have no doubt that as you resume a more challenging responsibility
