When people ask me why I prefer Dakuku Dakuku as the next Governor of the Rivers State,this is how I answer them;
1) Dakuku Dakuku has undergone years of mentorship. He has painstakingly under studied other leaders for year, example, he has received mentorship from Rt.Hon.Chibuike Rotimi Amaech
2) Dakuku Dakuku has shown rare integrity. For 28 solid years, he identified and remained committed to what and whom he beliefs.
Africans,especially those of us in Nigeria and the Niger Delta in particular are usually not known to be ideologically committed for an ideal for such length of time, only rare leaders have been.
Even our leader,CRA attested to this fact when he said that of all that have started with him, only Dakuku Dakuku has remained with him till date.
This feat cannot be bought from Ariaria or any other market in the world
3) Dakuku Dakuku,more than anyone else, understands the culture, traditions, temperament, likes and dislikes of the Amaechi political system. As such, he is in a better position to protect and improve on the political culture
4) Dakuku Dakuku is not vengeful.
If anything, his simplicity is sometimes assumed as weakness,but truth is, he bears no grudges against anyone even those who blackmail and undermine him
5) Dakuku Dakuku is accommodating. If there's anybody most suited to tolerate and accommodate the various interests in today's APC, it is Dakuku Dakuku.Even when you disagree with him, he can never dismiss your views.
6)Dakuku Dakuku is not greedy.Even his ardent critics accept that his is not the spirit of selfishness or greed, in all transactions,both official and private, nobody has ever accused him of greed.
7) Dakuku Dakuku has a statewide spread in all of the 319 wards and 4,442 units amongst young people
8) Dakuku Dakuku is very smart and creative.This is another area he's respected both home and abroad.
Example is the fact that for more than 50years running, Nigeria was not allowed her leading role in the African Maritime sector but with his appointment, he was unanimously endorsed and elected by the Association of African Maritime as its President in Africa.
Today,Nigeria is the hub of African Maritime activities
Also,Nigeria was admitted into the Executive Committee of International Maritime Organization(IMO) and is requested to speak on nearly all IMO Conferences,an indication of Nigeria's growing influence in World Maritime
9) Dakuku Dakuku is competent.
Before his appointment, the Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria,the union of Maritime Staff members in Nigeria intermittently embarked on protest and strikes.Since his appointment, strikes and protests have become a thing of the past.
More so, the Cabotage Fund and 3% charge which provide funding for indigenous Ship Owners are actually been used to grow the Nigerian Maritime sector
10) Dakuku Dakuku is prepared for leadership. Aside undergoing mentorship, he is one of the few African politician to spend time and resources attend leadership trainings in world class institutions.
Long ago, when some of those undermining him today were busy grabbing, he quietly enrolled and obtained the Harvard Certificate on Leadership. He did not stop there, he went ahead to obtain a Doctorate in Human Behavioural Management from Uniport.
So by experience and training, Dakuku Dakuku is prepared to provide world class leadership in a third world country like ours.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you a man that has been tested and trusted to be selfless,creative and prepared for leadership.
I present to you a man who has survived several politically engineered and heavily funded campaign of calumny, I present to you one of the very few Africans and black people to identify a leader when that leader was just normal growing young man,
I present to you Dr.Dakuku Adolphus Peterside.
