With utter disdain, the naysayers keep pushing in their evil bid to change what is true and factual. They say Dr. Peterside is weak, greedy and everything under his watch has gone worse.
Ordinarily, we ought not to care about this because there is no truth in their sayings but because evil will always prevail when good men refuse to speak.
Dr. Dakuku Peterside is an achiever and his track record speaks volumes. It is not contestable that in the past two (2) years, Dr. Dakuku as Director General Nigerian Administration and Safety Agency (DG NIMASA ) has employed and empowered more Rivers people than Rivers state government, the facts abound. Just yesterday 21/02/2018, Dr. Dakuku Peterside in a radio program #HARDFACTS 92.3 Nigeria Info revealed that NIMASA under his watch as DG has trained and engaged 2000 SEAFARERS onboard vessels and another 1000 SEARCH AND RESCUE (SAR) Marshalls which over 400 of them are Rivers sons have just been trained by the agency, the highest in the history of NIMASA.
Under Dr. Dakuku Peterside as DG NIMASA, the accident rate on our waterways has been reduced to a minimal level. This is because Dr. Dakuku ensured that critical stakeholders adhered to SAFETY rules and regulations in the agency. The waterways are now safe and crime free because the agency under Dr. Dakuku partnered with relevant security agency and this has a positive impact on the economy of our country Nigeria. Dr. Dakuku's diligence in service delivery has earned him an open commendation by President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR and the Federal Executive Council (FEC).
So, we don't understand in what context, the rationale and parameters these naysayers used to determine who is weak. We further seek to know what is weakness? What makes a man weak? Who is a strong man? Does killing, thuggery and criminality make a man strong? What is actually the yardstick? Dr. Dakuku Peterside is a man who respects the sanctity of human lives. He believes so much that the RIGHT of everyone to live is very sacrosanct and will not encourage any criminal element to take away another's life as we currently have in our system. If not arming criminals is weakness, let the world be the judge.
Dr. Dakuku Peterside is a man that has served in various capacities in the three tiers of government. He truly understands his onions when it comes to impacting lives positively. Dr. Dakuku Peterside is a man, interested in giving people the prerequisites and certification to achieve optimally in their areas of expertise, the facts are verifiable.
Let us at this point make it categorically clear, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Opobo/Nkoro LGA under the able leadership of Dr. Sam Sam Jaja, (JP) are satisfied with the generational impact Dr. Dakuku Peterside is making in the lives of Rivers people as the DG NIMASA. Rivers people have NEVER benefited this much in previous administrations and we thank His Excellency, President Mohammadu Buhari GCFR and His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, Minister for Transportation for this privilege provided for Dr. Dakuku Peterside to once again, make a mark.
The APC in Opobo/Nkoro LGA is intact for the task ahead. We are very confident that Dr. Sam Sam Jaja and Dr. Dakuku Peterside will lead us to victory as they have always done.
We therefore, call on all well meaning Rivers people and the world at large to jettison every evil narrative from this enemies of our common good, and pray for more opportunities for Rivers people through Dr. Dakuku as DG NIMASA.
Finally, we call on the good people of Opobo/Nkoro LGA to remain steadfast as Rivers APC is determined to bring to an end this wicked government led by Nyesom Wike and PDP whose aim is to impoverish Rivers people.
