Let me first and foremost established, that I come from a background where we agree on principles and everything regarding progress, development, and the social improvement of the wellbeing of our citizens.
I am not bound up in fear but attracted by practical politics. For I speak the raw and bitter truth, even as I realised that I share a similar disposition [Traits] with a great personality, the Oracle of goodwill, a respected leader per excellence Hon. Prince Mike Ejire (PME), for he always stands up for the weak and the defenceless.
Distinguished Prince Awalanta Ejire moves in the prophetic decree of our Lord and his strength comes from the Spirit and power of God because he has consistently and passionately shown love that promotes the things of GOD almighty.
The truth is, Prince Awalanta did an excellent Job during his brief 4months stay as Caretaker committee chairman of Eleme Local Government his passion for education is highly commendable, As he was spur to achieve the following;
● Job Employment given to qualified youths.
● Provision of transformers to communities.
which will boast electricity supply and equally foster SME's growth in the area.
● Gave the highest political appointment, as all clans were fully represented.
● Gave Appointment to an undergraduate as his Senior Special Assistant On Students Affairs. [The first ever in the history of local government administration in Eleme].
● Feeder roads were constructed and others rehabilitated, the health sectors were given special attention.
● The religious body parcipated actively during his administration, that led to his success story.
● The Non- Indigene were fully integrated as they were assigned responsibilities, so as to contribute their own quota towards the growth of their adopted home, Eleme.
● Security of lives and property were top on his priority list, as security agencies mapped out proactive strategies and were adequately mobilized to implement and face any reoccurring menace.
● Provision of skill acquisition, potable drinking water, basic amenities given to the indigent ones and empowerment of his people were frequently executed during his administration.
● He is a frontline advocate in championing the resuscitation of the lost Eleme cultural identity.
Brethren, all facets of governance were attended to, as there is no communities in Eleme that you won't find his signature written boldly on, his kind tentacle has generously spread across his constituency, senatorial district, the entire state, country and even beyond.
These and many more he executed successfully as caretaker committee chairman of Eleme. Prince Awalanta Ejire is a fearless partyman, In 2015 he stood against the molestation, intimidation and evil carnage of the previous Presidency, as he played a vital role by leading his party All Progressives Congress (APC) in Eleme to victory, [so when talking about the 2015 victory of APC in Eleme, Prince Awalanta Ejire is a key player]. Similarly, following the directive by the South South and Rivers-State leader of the Party (APC) HE. Rt, Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi CON, towards rebuilding and restructuring the party to be more viable and stronger for subsequent election, Prince Ejire humbly yielded to that directive and has/is consolidating on that message. In other to boast the morale of party faithfuls and keep hope alive, Prince Awalanta Ejire organised a Mega PVC sensitization rally at state school field Ogale, headquarters of Eleme Local Government where leaders and thousands of defectors from the moribund PDP unanimously joined the victorious APC family in Eleme. Visible for all to see that the campaign to 'Go Get Your PVC' is yielding result, because the number of persons who visits the INEC office on a daily basis registering and collecting their PVC is worthy of note. The activities of Prince Awalanta Ejire is capacity driven, and has always geared towards progress and growth.
So tell me, a young man who posses such a quality traits that we are all yearning for, why will I not stand by him, with him, for him and support his aspiration?
So why won't I support this proud Pan-RiversMan? who exhibits courage and conviction for greatness, he is not a biased fellow, he is not an ethnic bigot, as all his friends has equal and unfiltered access to him.
I strongly believe that Prince Awalanta Ejire has the needed capacity and would make an excellent Member in Representing the good people of Eleme/Tai/ Oyigbo Federal Constituency, for he has the prerequisite skills to effect the necessary changes and inclusion we are clamouring for.
Conventionally speaking, Prince Awalanta Ejire has proven never to desert or abandon his friends, "when you need him, he will always be there for you". He is and will always be my leader, father, master, uncle, friend and brother.
To many who believe in his ideology, It's one of those things you do to prove that you're a patriotic citizens, because you see things from a holistic point of view, you're blessed.
