Independence Day ; A Day For Reflection And Re-dedication. - Prince Awalanta
Prince Awalanta Mike Ejire : Prince of Eleme Kingdom

Hon. Prince Awalanta Ejire, Former Caretaker Chairman of Eleme Local Government, has felicitated with worthy patriots who made  freedom and this year independence day possible, According to him "they ( Our Founding Fathers) worked together to restore dignity and honour to the Nigerian people. We also celebrate the unfailing optimism and resilience of Nigerians who remain proud of our national identity".

Prince Ejire who reaffirmed his patriotic stance said; " I have an unshaken belief in the future of our great Country. It is a priority and sacred duty to continue to strengthen the bond of unity that holds our nation together and to promote and nourish the creative energies of our people."

"My heart beats with pride to see the spread of Nigeria colours, at 58 showing we are stronger. The Nigeria flags reminds me of the fact that we remain united, so let the spirit of patriotism glow and reflect in all we do."

"Our Armed Forces stand guard valiantly on our borders, up in the cruel climate upholding our freedom by ensuring security from external threats. As a true Nigerian, let us felicitate in joy of being part of this year independence day, be humble, walk, and act like a patriot that you're. Let peace and harmony be dominance in all your activities, and also remember that the freedom we are enjoying today was as a result of the struggles of our past heroes, therefore let us remember to pray for their souls during this independence."

" Let me sincerely commend the President Mohammadu Buhari led Federal Government, for re-building a better Nigeria through her visionary policies embarked upon, especially the diversification of our economy; the agricultural initiative is now a source of income to many citizens, and states are seriously collaborating, with the abundance of rainful Agriculture has enjoyed divine intervention."

It is remarkable that several Federal Government programmes and projects are creating wealth and millions of job opportunities for our youth and the general population, investment are improving as more corporate bodies and countries are investing in Nigeria economy, on that premise I have no doubt that the 2019 general election will be free and fair, as President Mohammadu Buhari and the APC political party would resoundingly be re-elected through the votes of the people.

May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Amen.
