Chief Mizodome Williams Ibu married and blessed with a beautiful baby girl, was born May 6th, 1986 into the family of late Chief W.W Ibu JP Emeyal 1 & 2 and Mrs Flora W.W Ibu (Nee Ibiogbo) kolo 2, Ogbia LGA, Bayelsa state, Nigeria. He's a young, God fearing, innovative, results oriented, diligent and very well revered leader from way back into the very now.

Having forged a distinct mindset thanks to an incredible life coach, the man the leader from quite an early stage in his acts of service as a student leader had a vivid picture of his visions as a leader. And these he's abided by through the years only expanding their horizons, a show of his consistency!
"Success without a successor is a failure". A watchword that so perfectly articulates his life philosophy. The chief believes passionately in people empowerment. He breathes it.
He tells you "Leadership is not a title. It is a call to responsibility." You look at his life, look at the things he invests most of his time and resources into, and you're convinced that truly, here is a man who practices what he preaches.
His greatest motivation is people oriented. He has a heart that bleeds to lift, support, inspire and empower people in guidance and leadership. He is an art when it comes to people development, and do not take this profiling for it.
