The Rivers State Rep of Niger Delta Development Commission - NDDC, Hon. Tekena Flag Amachree on Friday July 19, welcomed the Acting Managing Director/CEO of NDDC, Prof. Nelson Brambaifa and his Executive Management Team on an official visit to the State Office of the Commission.
The MD/CEO and his team also took a facility tour of the State Office and had an interactive session with members of staff.
The State Director NDDC: Mr B.J Udo - Asubop in his remarks highlighted the plight of the Staffers of the state office and pleaded that the MD and his team come to their aide.
The Executive Director Finance and Administration Dr Chris Oyirinda in his remark said the leadership was poised to make things easier and better for the State office, as measures have been put in place to make things easier for State staff. He also said funds have been released to ensure smooth running of the state office.
Prof Nelson Brambiafa MD/CEO Ag. NDDC in his words said " I must thank you all for your commitment so far over the period, be rest assured we are committed to bringing development to the area and improvement to State office staff welfare , I and my team have noted all your concerns and we will do all we can to make things a lot easier for you all".
In his closing remarks, Rivers Representative of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Hon Tekena Flag Amachree, thanked the MD, EDFA and board of Directors for finding time to visit the state office . He also said they ( State staff) are always ready to host the MD an his entourage, specifically saying " MD sir, I sincerely enjoy working with you, I ensure you I will work to the best of my ability "
