The group's meeting which held on Monday 8th July, 2019, was presided over by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, His Excellency Chief Hon. Ambassador Oji Ngofa, who is Nigeria's (Ambassador) Chief Missioner to the Royal Kingdom of the Netherlands.
The group discussed extensively with a take on the European Union model in Tackling Chemical Terrorism.

A KEY RESOLUTION
Arising from the meeting in the Hague, OEWG-T OPCW agreed the African Group shall execute a tour of a major Chemical impacted area in the Asian Continent, which is China.
Meanwhile, this is to formally inform all that, the African Group has nominated the heavily credentialed Diplomat from Nigeria, His Excellency Ambassador Oji Ngofa to be part of the Executive Committee Representatives to visit Haebarling for a working tour/inspection of Abandoned Chemical site in China.
This high profile working visit shall be expedited from 2nd to 7th September 2019.
