| King Ejire blessing Prince Awalanta |
In his bid to represent the good people of Eleme/ Tai/Oyigbo federal constituency at the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Prince Awalanta Mike Ejire today led members of the Awalanta Movement, to officially inform the Natural ruler of Eleme, His Royal Majesty King [Dr] Sir, Samuel Oluka Ejire JP, The King Of Eleme Kingdom of his intention to represent the good people of Eleme/Tai/ Oyigbo in the House Of Representatives, Abuja.
HRM, King DR. S.O Ejire In his response ; "Let me appreciate the fact that, Prince Awalanta recognises and respect the reverend traditional institution in the land [Eleme], so for coming here today with your supporters to seek first our consent, on that premise I say you have done very well."
"I know you might have toiled many rough path in the process of this journey, but I will encourage you to remain steadfast, be committed and be courageous, for good things don't come at a platter of gold, on that premise, as you have stepped your feet on my ofalaru palace which symbolises the home of the entire Eleme people, I decree the blessings of our Lord to be your guide, may your aspiration be actualized and your supporters be empowered to motivate and continually share the vision in the right direction through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen."
" Prince Awalanta, please continue the good works you are doing, and as you continue this journey, I pray may you never lack anything you desire to achieve in your pursuit to represent your people." He said.
