Yesterday, Hon. Victoria Nyeche, member, representing the good people of Port Harcourt Constituency 1 in the Rivers State House of Assembly and the Rivers APC candidate for the Port Harcourt Federal Constituency in the forthcoming general elections unveiled her agenda for the Port Harcourt Federal Constituency.
The agenda is encapsulated in a document of faith, titled: My Green Legislative Agenda. It's a 7-Point Agenda which she is using to bind herself with constituents. They include:
1. Prompt Legislative Intervention
2. Quality Representation & Inter-Governmental Relations
3. Physical Education
4. Human Capital & Resource Development
5. The Victoria Seed Programme (VSP)
6. The Victoria Box To Box (VB2B) Channels
7. Ekere Newsletter.
As a rare politician who has not only shown capacity and competence in the area of representation and providing a superlative voice in critical legislative business on the floor of the Rivers State House of Assembly, she has also shown that making political promises should not just be a way of life for politicians but that when politicians make promises, they should learn to keep such promises. She insists that the electorates should be treated with utmost respect.
Good will messages were given by her constituents. According Nnamdi Wuche Esq, "You cannot talk about Rivers State House of Assembly without talking about the quality voice of our dear sister, Hon. Victoria Nyeche. She has made us proud."
Hon. Irene Inimbga said: "She is a good product to sell. With God on our side, we shall be victorious."
